Alongside rest and relaxation, good nutrition and herbs can reduce the effects of stress. This workshop will help you find balance in a busy life by learning to use herbs for energy, stamina and adrenal health,. Help review your general lifestyle and attitudes to stress and explore how exercise can be used to enhance endorphin release and change your life!

Learn and experience directly how tried and tested herbal preparations like poultices and warm oil massage using medicated oils can help manage depletion and constitutional imbalance. Become familiar with the herbs which can help bring balance back to the body after long term stress; determine when nervous system health can benefit from stimulants and/or sedatives and get clear information about the importance of essential fatty acid containing foods for nervous system health.


The workshop will introduce you to a unique Plant Meditation practice involving contemplation on the qualities and energetics of a herb which can support you as you set your new intention for reducing stress levels in your life and make a new contract with yourself.

Learn about nervous system support herbs & superfoods and work with hands-on practical plant preparations in a fun and supported environment with leading UK Herbal Educators, Maureen and Keith Robertson.
