one-day course

growing salads

location: Chalford, nr Stroud, Gloucestershire

Spend the day with an expert salad grower learning the skills to make salad growing easy and successful. The workshop covers growing a wide variety of salads both indoors and outside.

Put crunch on your plate with spring onions, herbs, lettuce, mizuna and  baby spinach you have grown yourself.

Whether you have a garden, allotment or just a small courtyard this will give you the confidence to have a go at ‘growing your own’.

With vegetable grower Helen Pitel.
