This practical course takes home-made bread making to the next level. You should be familiar with basic bread making and feel confident with making a standard dough mix.  You will then be introduced to different techniques and recipes using seasonal ingredients. 

During the day you will make at least two different recipes experimenting with diverse textures, flavours and shapes.

Bring an apron and a container or bag to take your baking home in.

The tutor is Tracey Smith, BBC broadcaster and downshifting expert.
