Ever tried bread making and ended up with a solid mass that not even the birds will eat? Then this is the course for you! Starting from the basics we will guide you through the bread-making process, with top tips on different ingredients and baking methods. 

During this practical course you will make a simple loaf, flat breads to have with your lunch and a tea loaf to share with family and friends back home.

Bring an apron and a container or bag to take your baking home in.

The course tutor is Tracey Smith, BBC broadcaster and downshifting expert.
