This one-day course will enable participants to learn the techniques of making a frame willow basket - man’s earliest type of basket. This type of basket can easily be made at home with material collected from the garden or hedgerow. This course will be conducted by Christine Llewellyn and is open to a maximum of 10 people. The course runs from 10.00am prompt until 17.00 with tea/coffee breaks and lunch provided. Special Requirements: All tools will be provided. However, secateurs are used during this course so if you do have your own favourite pair, please bring these along. It is advisable to wear trousers. dates: see 'book online' below
