During this one day course, you will learn about various products associated with the honey bee that anyone can make in their own home. These include beeswax products such as candles, polish, beauty products and foods. After lunch, a honey extraction demonstration will take you through the process from the hive to the honey jar - tasting obligatory! This course will be run by Justin Cleveland-Peck, Lisa Aitken and Mandy Nixon. This course is open to a maximum of 12 people dates: see 'book online' below
