green woodworking: make a stool

Making a Stool - 3 day course.

Aimed at both the beginner and intermediate level – this course will focus on producing a beautifully crafted and unique piece of furniture and fully understanding the natural shrinkage qualities of timber for ‘dry jointing’ - making a sturdy piece without the need for glue, nails or screws. After three days you will be able to take home a stool with either a woven cord or bark seat.

Lunches, tea and coffee are provided

Special Requirements: appropriate clothing required, sturdy boots etc.
