This one day course will teach various methods in preserving fruit including jams, chutneys, fruit leathers and fruit preserves.

Justin Cleveland-Peck, Mandy Nixon and Lisa Aitken will teach you all you need to know about using your fruit in the most productive way.

The course will run from 10.00am until 4.00pm.

Tea/coffee and a gourmet lunch in provided.
