Spend a day learning about edible food from the west coast of Scotland. Participants will forage for a range of edible shellfish, sea weed and coastal plants in a beautiful sea loch near Fort William. The course is strong on practical know-how about where to find different species, safe foraging and the legal aspects. Participants will light a fire and cook what has been collected whilst learning about safe and effective cooking techniques.
