  • a walk around the property to see herbs in the wild
  • how herbal medicines work
  • herbal treatment for the nervous system: anxiety, depression, insomnia, tiredness, exhaustion, headaches and migraines
  • herbal treatment for the respiratory system: colds, flu, hayfever, sinusitis, earache, sore throats, coughs and bronchitis
  • herbal treatment for the digestive system
  • herbal medicine for the circulatory system: high and low blood pressure, poor circulation and chillblains, varicose veins and haemorrhoids; maintaining a healthy heart
  • herbal medicine for the genitourinary system: cystitis, urethritis, thrush, water retention, PMT, irregular periods, menopausal problems, low sex drive
  • herbal medicine for bones, joints and muscles: arthritis, gout, backache and sciatica
  • herbal medicine for the skin: eczema, acne, fungal infections, warts, verrucae
  • herbal preparations: teas, tinctures, baths, essential oils, massage balms, throat sprays, gargles, inhalations, juices, belly rubs, jellies, ointments, compresses, gels and creams
