In this workshop you will experience what a day on living foods is like. We will go through the different meals of the day, prepare them and enjoy them.

We'll start with a lush breakfast, and you'll learn how to prepare meals like granola, vegetable milks, green smoothies, etc. Then going into lunch time we’ll look at main dishes like veg noodles, luxury salads and soups. After that we'll get stuck into sweet and savory snacks - handy to carry around with you and munch when you feel peckish.

We will be making our meals with as much local and seasonal produce as possible, so every workshop will be different depending on what’s available in that season.

After the class you will come away with:

  • the motivation to provide your body with the healthy environment it needs to restore itself naturally
  • the skills and confidence to turn fresh fruit & vegetables into delicious quick starters with utensils that are already in your kitchen
  • practical ideas about purchasing and storing organic raw foods
  • an understanding of the need to reconnect with the seasons and your environment
  • knowledge of the vegetables that you can grow for yourself in this country
  • notes and useful contacts to get started
It is advisable to bring an apron.
