A hands on sourdough workshop where you will learn how to make bread with wild yeast. The slow fermentation gives bread lots of flavour. It takes time, but not yours! Unlock the secret of sourdough and you'll never need to buy yeast again.

It's only flour and water but from humble beginnings greatness is created and Linda Hewitt from from Fulbeck Bread is an expert bread maker and inspirational teacher who will show you how.
