one-day course

the healing garden: women's natural health

location: Somerby, North Lincolnshire

In this workshop Trudy celebrates women's health and wellbeing. She looks at the herbs to support and
enhance health and how to identify, grow, harvest and prepare them. You will cover first aid, cosmetic and
health issues including hormonal cycles, stress and the third age.

Trudy qualified as a medical herbalist in 1993 and she is a Fellow of the National Institute of Medical
Herbalists. For Trudy herbal medicine is the medicine of the people and can be used safely and effectively to
treat many complaints.
