A busy practical day which will give you at least four herbal products to take home as a basic herbal remedies kit. Course fees include: course folder, printed notes, teas, coffees, cold drinks, and lunch. Lunch includes a choice of salads, quiches, vegetarian options, cheese and fruit. Tutor Penelope Ody has been exploring the fascinating world of herbs for almost 30 years, studying initially with the School of Phytotherapy in Kent, and also at the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou, China.
