one-day course

willow garden structures and supports

location: nr Thornbury, South Gloucestershire

On our one day workshop, you will spend the morning working on creating a 4ft high willow wigwam to grow plants through.

After a sumptuous lunch in our farmhouse kitchen (or alfresco on the patio if the weather permits), we work on making an 8 inch high x 3ft long willow hurdle suitable for edging a vegetable bed or flower border.

The course facilitators are Richard and Suzie Kerwood of Windrush Willows, who have been growing and weaving willow in Devon since 1997.

The course will take place in a lovely strawbale classroom
