Nabs Wood is next to Silkstone Common, near Barnsley, South Yorks. This is the site of the Huskar pit disaster where 26 children died in the 19th century. The woods are being re-walled as a memorial. Anyone who helps (including you?) will have their name added to a plaque placed in the wall.
