start point: train station, TotnesJoin us for a walk, foraging for edible and useful plants. Whilst we teach very practical knowledge on our forages we do this in a relaxed atmosphere, ensuring that you learn a lot, but also have a really good time. We help you to identify plants that you might see every day and wonder if they are edible or what other uses they may have. Every plant tells a bit of a story and it is this story that helps you remember what the plant can be used for. By the end of the day you will have been taught about somewhere between 50 and 100 plants, and not only their edible and medicinal uses but their history and folklore too. dates: see 'book online' below
