WILD MUSHROOM FORAGING, WILD MUSHROOM COOKING...
Matthew has been foraging for wild mushrooms for more than 15 years, and what started as a hobby has now become a full time autumnal occupation. He sells fresh and dried wild mushrooms to local restaurants and pubs, and runs wild mushroom hunting courses in and around his home.

The courses start at 10am at Sadgrove farm for coffee. We then go mushroom foraging in the surrounding woods for about three hours. On return to Sadgrove Farm we will cook two dishes together with what we have found. The courses are £150 per person.

You will learn to positively identify a number of edible wild mushrooms, how preserve them, and how to cook them.
