Wild foods and foraging have become very trendy and where better to learn about the skills of foraging than with the UK’s leading foraging and wild food teaching resource – Wild Food School?

Marcus Harrison, who runs the courses, is a UK authority and specialist on wild foods, and from time to time gives talks on the subject at the Natural History Museum – having also written for the NHM’s own EVOLVE magazine – and his work has been included in a United Nations FAO (Food & Agriculture Organization) publication [2013]. He has given regular wild food walks and talks at the Eden Project, and is involved with teaching survival professionals life-saving skills to live off the land.
