Bushcrafts, wild food, bird watching, wildlife, nature and ancient craft skills in North East England, the North Pennines, Northumberland, Durham and Kielder
Thirty years sharing skills, knowledge and enthusiasm in the natural world from bushcrafts and wild food foraging to wildlife watching and ancient crafts, with young and old alike
You can choose from a wide range of activities for a wide range of different people from bushcrafts for families to survival week-ends for the hardened outdoor type; from night walks to track down nightjars to forest wildlife safaris.
We run our own courses and public events programme at Harehope near Frosterley in Weardale as well as running events for the Forestry Commission at Hamsterley Forest and at Kielder Castle and for Northumbrian Water at Kielder Waterside.
