Great opportunity to work with the wonderful ‘Stir to Action’

Great opportunity to work with the wonderful ‘Stir to Action’

Stir to Action is a community organisation that publishes a quarterly magazine, runs workshop programmes and short courses, produces how-to resources for setting up co-operatives and community enterprises, commissions original artwork and facilitates social economy start-ups.

    We like them, a lot.

Jonny from ‘Stir’ contacted us about a job opportunity with their new co-op. Over to Jonny:

    Work with us!

Stir To Action — www.stirtoaction.com — are looking for a communications partner to join our new co-operative! Over the last few years we’ve designed and delivered events, workshops, short courses and training for the new economy — now we’re setting up a co-operative partnership to grow our organisation.

Our new co-operative will also produce digital and print services to increase the impact of social organisations in our networks.#

If you are passionate about community-led change, experienced in social communication and interested in being part of a newly organised but established events platform, then get in touch.

There’s a crash coming – a slap from Mother Nature. This isn’t pessimistic; it’s realistic.

The human impact on nature and on each other is accelerating and needs systemic change to reverse.

We’re not advocating poverty, or a hair-shirt existence. We advocate changes that will mean better lives for almost everyone.
