I’m intrigued at how this can be farmed whilst also being a nature reserve. Organic and/or conservation agriculture are one thing (and very good too); but farming is almost implicitly not a nature reserve if it’s also done for profit.
I assume anyone renting this land will be paying the normal market rate rent for grade 3 agricultural land of £100/acre/year.
