Luci has spent the last decade working within communication or project management roles for small scale environmentally focused organisations, including the Centre for Alternative Technology and Transition Town Totnes. Whilst studying a BSc in International Development at the University of East Anglia, Luci developed a passion for agroecology and organic horticulture. Alongside her communications work, she went on to gain an MSc in Sustainable Agriculture from the University of Exeter, and has worked on agroecological farms in Devon. When she is not working for the ELC, Luci is a gardener and grower for the Sharpham Trust in Devon. Luci’s role with the ELC includes creating communications strategies; writing the quarterly newsletter; updating the website and social media platforms; and responding to press enquiries.
