    Eileen Sutherland bio

I am co-director of Straw Works and the School of Natural Building (SNaB). Straw Works Ltd is a design and build company. The School of Natural Building is a training organisation and is a vehicle for increasing the numbers of natural builders in the UK. In 2008 I built my own strawbale house in Bulgaria with my family. So I know the techniques of building with bales but my role in the two organisations is mostly finance, marketing and strategy. My business partner Barbara Jones is the building expert.
